The West Loop sports bar, formerly called Market, has gone through a makeover and come out looking quite svelte. Welcome to Packing House, the West Randolph bar and restaurant that delivers catching cocktails and savory, on-point meals.

The menu includes innovative dishes in which you can still recognize the ingredients –- try the red snapper or halibut ceviche for a refreshing appetizer. As for the hand-tossed pizzas, compete with some of the city’s best thin crust, go for the prosciutto and fig with truffle arugula and parmesan.

As you walk into this inviting space, you’re welcomed by a gorgeous marble bar that caters to patrons both inside and outside of Packing House. You get the feeling you could be standing just feet away from a beach while still in an urban metropolis. The stardom of this venue remains intact with an incredible 360-degree rooftop view of the beautiful city around you.

Summer is finally arriving, and Packing House is delivering the perfect locale for a night out with friends, just in time.

Packing House is located at 1113 W. Randolph. www.PackingHouseChicago.com
